Payment & EAP

It is our policy that you keep your appointments.  Though I understand there may be circumstances that may arise, please make sure that you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session or a $75 cancellation fee. 

An employee assistance program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems. Depending on your current employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered fully by your EAP or you may be required to pay a co-pay. 

 Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
